Learning new skills is a three step process.
- Step 1: Find the information you want or need to learn
- Step 2: Consume the information (read, watch the videos, etc)
- Step 3: STUDY IT until it’s easily retrieved from memory
Most people do steps 1 and 2, but very few do step 3.
