Inspire Me
One of the great mysteries of personal development and achievement is understanding why some people take information and immediately act on it, while others do not.
There is plenty of analysis that show how losing focus, not sticking to a plan, not being prepared to deal with failure or adversity, or simply not believing the goal is possible are reasons that some of us either don’t try or we quit too soon.
The purpose of this section is to offer one solution to that problem.

Seeing someone else achieve the same kind of goal I’ve set reassures me I can do it too, that it’s “doable” and I’m not just kidding myself.
That’s the idea behind the Beliefs page. Believing a goal is achievable is a fundamental requirement when starting out, and one way to affect beliefs is to see it being done.
I’ll be adding stories here regularly about people who set the kind of specific goals that many of us set (weight loss, getting out of debt, achieving new career goals, etc.) and describing their journey to reach them.
Please check out these stories under the Inspire Me menu option from time to time and see if they help you stay focused and motivated as well.
